These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 91jil ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 91jil.cam and its associated subdomains.

By completing the 91jil account registration process, logging into an existing account, accessing any game or service on the platform, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

3.2 KYC Documentation. 91jil requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted IDs include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Passport, Driver's License, UMID/SSS/GSIS card, PRC license, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. The name on the submitted ID must exactly match the name provided during registration.

3.3 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active 91jil account. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. 91jil uses technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts may be suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

3.4 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 91jil support immediately via live chat.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 91jil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 91jil's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable maximum daily deposit limits are displayed within the 91jil cashier at the time of transaction. 91jil reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits from within their account settings under responsible gaming controls.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the same legal name as the verified 91jil account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 Processing Times. 91jil endeavors to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier. 91jil offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as defined in each individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion.
• 91jil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

6.1 RNG Certification. All casino games available on the 91jil platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These systems are tested and certified by recognized independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on 91jil has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of wagers.

6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 91jil will endeavor to restore the game to its state prior to the failure. Where this is not possible, the outcome may be voided and the wager returned. 91jil is not liable for losses resulting from network interruptions on the player's side.

6.4 Disputed Outcomes. If a player disputes the outcome of a game, they must notify 91jil support within 72 hours of the disputed session. 91jil will investigate using server-side game logs, which are maintained and shall be considered the definitive record of all game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 91jil platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account while under the age of 21 or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other platform process.
• Using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Employing bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human automated system to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game, whether intentionally or negligently. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in any game where collusion confers an unfair advantage, including but not limited to live poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith through a payment provider while retaining funds received from 91jil.
• Using the 91jil platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

8.1 Suspension by 91jil. 91jil reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

8.2 Effect of Suspension. Upon account suspension, the player's ability to log in, place bets, and request withdrawals will be immediately restricted. Funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be reviewed. Where no wrongdoing is established, legitimate balances will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.

8.3 Voluntary Closure. Players who wish to close their 91jil account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed. Legitimate balances will be paid out to the player's verified withdrawal account.

8.4 Self-Exclusion Closure. Players who close their account through the self-exclusion program will have their account permanently deactivated for the requested exclusion period. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, modification, or commercial use of any platform content.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their licensing agreements with 91jil.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 91jil, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the 91jil platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent revision came into effect. Continued use of the 91jil platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the provisions of the Philippine Civil Code relating to contracts.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 91jil platform shall first be submitted to 91jil's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. 91jil will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 91jil's internal process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction. By using the 91jil platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any dispute that cannot be resolved internally.
